Released Dec 29, 1969CT chest with IV contrast. No pulmonary embolus to the segmental level. A 5 mm solid nodule is present in the right lower lobe, unchanged in comparison with prior imaging. No mediastinal or hilar adenopathy, no pleural effusion. IMPRESSION: Stable sub-centimetre pulmonary nodule; no acute finding.
